How long is your lead time?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nAlthough we are a small business we are proud to offer fast, easy service. Orders placed will often be despatched within 2 working days (Monday \u2013 Friday). During our peak times this may be extended but shouldn\u2019t exceed within 5 working days at the absolute maximum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you\u2019re in a hurry for your items we would encourage you to leave us a message. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where is your coffee made?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nOur coffee is being roasted and packed by our roastery in Sofia, Bulgaria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
How will my order be presented?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nWe are proud to use completely plastic free packaging. Your items will be wrapped in recycled paper. All of our packaging can be recycled, or re-used <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Can my order be sent as a gift?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nAbsolutely! You can choose to gift box your order by adding the option as a message in the field to your cart before checking out. We will also include a note if you\u2019d like, and we never send parcels out with financial information in them. Please note that parcels are often sent in branded cardboard boxes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
DELIVERY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
How much is delivery in Bulgaria?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nWe currently work with Econt for local deliveries. The shipping taxes are calculated on checkout and depending on the shipping location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How much is delivery to the EU?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nDelivery to the EU starts from just 2EUR and is calculated on the contents of your basket. We also offer delivery upgrades and free standard shipping when you spend over 50EUR online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Do you deliver internationally?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nWe are able to ship to most European countries, America, Canada and Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
International delivery rates are calculated on the weight of your order and will be displayed during checkout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who will deliver my parcel?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nWe use Econt for the vast majority of parcel deliveries. We also use Econt for larger orders and for those who\u2019ve upgraded to next working day delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How will I know when to expect my parcel?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nYou will be sent an email when your parcels leaves us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Econt orders are next day if ordered before 12 noon. You will be sent a tracking link if you selected Econt delivery.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What shall I do if I\u2019m having problems with my delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nIf your delivery isn\u2019t going to plan then please contact us right away. We are here to help sort out the issue and will do everything we can to get your parcel to you. You can email us at hi@superhappytime.coffee<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My parcel was damaged, what shall I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nIf you\u2019ve received your order and something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away. Please email us with details of your delivery, what\u2019s damaged and a photo if possible and we will arrange replacements or a refund, depending on the situation and what you\u2019d prefer. We request that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Something is missing from my parcel, what shall I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nWe are only human and very occasionally we may miss something out of your parcel. If this has happened please let us know and we will get the missing item to you whilst apologising profusely! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stockist & Supplier Enquiries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Can I become a stockist?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nWe are currently taking on new stockists and would you to contact us via our e-mail at hi@superhappytime.coffee. We are able to take on any new stockists wishing to retail our products online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stockist applications are reviewed as quickly as possible but this can take up to a week and possibly longer during busy times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
